Vi är en medlemstyrd organisation där årsmötet är högsta beslutande organ. På årsmötet, som hålls I juni varje år, har medlemmar möjlighet att påverka vårt arbete. Årsmötet fattar beslut om motioner från medlemmar eller lokalgrupper, bestämmer inriktningen på vår framtida verksamhet och väljer styrelse.
Vår styrelse är ytterst ansvarig för verksamheten, såväl i Sverige som i andra länder, och ger i uppdrag till kansli och regionalt kontor att utföra arbetet. På kansliet i Stockholm finns vår generalsekreterare och vår verksamhetschef, som leder och fördelar arbetet. I Moskva finns vårt regionala kontor där den regionala koordinatören är ansvarig för verksamheten i i Ryssland, Turkiet och andra länder.. Våra lokalgrupper arbetar på aktivistbasis. Lokalgrupperna spelar en stor roll i vårt informations-, opinions- och insamlingsarbete.
